A poll about free stuff

Hey Post Games pals.

I have a few housekeeping things, plus a poll.

1. Subscribers update: Thank you to the many folks who participated in the free month promotion and stuck around. About 20% of people became recurring subscribers, which is incredible. I'm constantly surprised by and grateful for this community.

2. Small merch update: I have some extra embroidered hats and screen-printed t-shirts. They are... nice. Like, very very nice. Produced in an awesome print shop in Orange County. So, I'm trying to figure out the best way to sell them on the Etsy shop without setting an exorbitant price between costs and shipping. Right now, it looks like $50 for either -- with shipping baked into that flat fee. Which seems too pricey. Hoping to have an update soon as I figure out alternative shipping options!

3. Spotify synced: If you listen on Spotify, I've merged the free and Patreon feeds into one. I'll be real, the Spotify backend tools are incredible. And it provides me a ton of helpful data and analytics. While reviews on Apple Podcasts help the show, I'm planning to default to Spotify share links moving forward.

4. Free game codes poll: I'd like to give away codes for some of the games I cover on this show, but I'll only do so if you're okay with me receiving codes from game makers and passing them along.

Also, if you have thoughts on the best way to randomly give away codes, let me know in the comments. I have some ideas, but would love your insights, especially if you've seen another creator handle giveaways well. Since this is a question of ethical comfort, I'm only going forward with promo code giveaways if the "yays" win 2/3rds of the vote.
