As before, this was supposed to be the final book of the main story but, alas, there is still considerable story to tell. Let me know what you think and I'll let you all know when Book VIII is ready for publication and Book IX has begun. Thank you all for continuing to support me. Illustrations will follow.

I went hunting a bit for this... You've mentioned a couple of times that Massa has only done anal with Meghan, but you have this in Intemperance VI, chapter 26: ----------------- "But at least there were groupies! He was having the time of his life since being introduced to the concept of the request. True, he could not kiss those women—he had still not kissed a girl since his band camp experience back in high school—and he had to wear a condom with them, which he was sure was cutting down on the sensation of fucking by a considerable margin, but he got to touch them, feel them, suck their tits, finger their pussies. The Asian groupie last night had even wanted him to fuck her in the ass! And he had done it! He had never actually believed that real women (i.e., those women who were not appearing in porn videos) would really let someone do that, but the groupie (he could not remember her name now) had flat-out demanded it and really seemed to enjoy it. Life was good."

Ken Frazier is in orbit of the earth after having traveled back in time to 2007. The story mentions how he is nostalgic, listening to radio stations playing familiar bands from his youth like Led Zeplin, Journey, etc. It would be fun if you ever do a re-wrtie to slip in "Intemperance" that the list of 4-5 classic rock bands that the character names.

2024-12-22 03:30:36 +0000 UTCI have heard of the Valentine treatment for males with gonorrhea (ironic name, isn't it?) that was used back before penicillin was a thing. It involved reaming out the urinary tract and was excruciatingly painful (they didn't have lidocaine jelly for anesthesia of the urinary tract back then either). That was back in the early 1900s, however. In all my time in the medical field (which stretches back to 1989 when I took my first EMT class and got hired as an EMT basic) I have never heard of anyone, male or female, having such a treatment for anything, particularly not a simple UTI. Even people with chronic UTIs resistant to antibiotics are treated with a different antibiotic until they get one that works. I can only speak, however, for how things are done in the USA. Other countries might very well still use the old Valentine treatment. My inspiration for Massa's tale is part personal and part something I observed in someone else in my travels. I had a reaction to the spermicide inside of a condom once that was very similar to Massa's complaint and my treatment by the female nurse and female doctor was pretty much the same as Massa's. I have also taken care of a patient who had exactly the method of transmission of the bacteria as Massa did. His wife was with him at the visit and the two of them were mortified that I had discovered their secret after letting them know that "certain sexual practices can cause the female's fecal matter to get into the male's urethra".

Why haven't they ever recorded a song together or performed on stage together? It seems like mutual inspiration would cause them to compose something together at some point. Just a potential scenario for your plot hopper...

And they spent an inordinate amount of time chuckling at what a nasty experience it would be for me. It was. ;-)

As for Meghan and Massa's activities, stand by for more on the subject. Meghan really likes to do that particular thing and she must try to find a way to keep doing it.

Please keep in mind that it is simply my character notes I make when formulating a new character to be worked up. It is not and all inclusive list and I do not plan to make it so. In retrospect, I wish I wouldn't have posted it, but it's still there and has the dates of birth and basic bio of most of the major and minor characters. Some of those notes are different than what the character turned out to be as once I start writing them they take on a life of their own.

Usually takes me a week or so (I have to read the entire thing and make corrections along the way). It is Christmas season, however, and it might take a little longer. I will certainly have it out before the first of the year.

PERSONAL SIDE NOTE: My wife worked as a pathology scientist at a the Fresno VA in the pathology lab of course. One evening when I brought her dinner she was all excited and dragged me over to a HUGE (for back then, prob about 30 inch screen) monitor showing a microscopic view of a Trichomonas vaginalis parasite responsible for causing Trichomoniasis in the patient. LOL Medical people, while earthy and really a lot of fun in the sack, are decidedly strange folk sometimes.
