Today I spent a lot of time on the pixel art and the mapping again. The writing is not done yet so I can't go too far but there are some elements we'll be using for sure.
I tested the maps to be sure the hitbox were fine. I also add some animations to a previous map to make it a bit more alive.
It start to look like I wanted it to look. I don't think I'll push the pixel art further after that.
I also worked on a new character : Introducing the nanny-bot!
To be more precise, it's going to be a "recurrent" character as it's a mass produced robot.
Fiona going to encounter some of them on different maps.
To finish the day, I did a quick graphic asset for the first "puzzle" of this segment.
And that's about all!
Next week, I'll work on dialogue integration and making scenes if the script is ready. If not, I'll work on something else that the game!
