Would be fun for sure, but Twitch is also very puritanical. If I so much as swear, they might ban me. There was a Vtuber who recently got a temporary ban because she kept saying "titties" on her stream.

Even if it were a bit naughty, it would be hilarious, In my opinion at least. If we heard you playing the game, with the camera on your face, but did not see what was going on in the game, instead relying on your skills as an author to communicate the depth and breadth of the scene to us.

I don't think eroge are in violation of Twitch policy because of the sexual content. ^^' But I'd personally love to play Nekopara with everyone. XD
