Did you notice towards the end Taehyung was still cooking after they reached the goal? He was preparing chicken and hotdogs to give out to the fans waiting outside. Tae dancing was for those fans too. The production had a great crowd control team you’ll see they’ll discuss on the behind the scenes episode. Obvious ARMY weren’t allowed to come in the restaurant so they just waited at a nearby area.

I remember that even Park Seo Joon was an intern doing basic chores on Youn's Kitchen 1&2 (Lovely program I recomend you to watch it).
