Hey Critical Crew!
The Blank's subaquatic super-max prison "Fathom's End" for next month's release is getting the final touches on it, and we have our latest dragon making it's debut as well. Check out the Deep Sea Dragon for WIPWednesday
In the dark, crushing depths of the ocean, leviathans wait… Deep sea dragons prowl the deepest reaches of the sea, swimming between monolithic mountains beneath the depths, or slithering through the darkest trenches. These creatures are exceedingly poisonous and venomous, capable of paralyzing prey simply by touching other creatures, and they possess bioluminescent organs that allow them to charm and blind prey. Prowling the deep, these dragons regularly feed on bioluminescent algae which provides them with their own bioluminescence and is converted by specialized digestive systems to grant the dragons their poison and venom. Deep sea dragons are specially adapted to the crushing depths of the deep sea, and thus, are never found alive on the surface of the water, and rarely ever far from the lightless depths they call home, their bodies exploding if they are removed from their pressurized environment.
Stay tuned for more soon!
