Hello,
this week the new consoles came out worldwide and we've been trying to figure out what's up with the data and how it ties into PlayTracker.
TLDR: XBOX Series X/S syncs, PS5 does not sync yet and we're working on it. This means estimates on Insight for cross-generation games on PlayStation are showing PS4-only numbers right now.

For the past several months, we've had numerous issues regarding PSN account sync on PlayTracker with many individual trophies missing and even a short period where Insight was unable to gather new data. While we've dealt with some of these problems as they were reported to us, PSN sync remained finicky and unreliable when it comes to individual trophies.
