This was exactly what I needed after the intensity of Fight Club! It was a feel good, Los Angeles loving, sports movie!!! I felt so appropriately dressed in my Ducks jersey. I have no idea what the third movie is going to be about but I'm hoping it's just as good as the first two have been.

*The audio in my intro is atrocious, but the audio for the reaction / outro is better.

I sat down to watch what I thought would be a typical action film. This was more like a psychological thriller! It was an exhilarating film with some very powerful moments.

This Week!

Hello! It's the start of another beautiful week in September. This is one of my favorite months. I feel like it's the season of new possibilities and fresh starts. It's probably because the school year starts around this time. Don't you think there's something magical about this time of year? It's the sleepy lull right before the hectic holidays.

This was one of the cutest movies I have ever seen. It also had some big jump scares! Please tell me I am not the only one who fell for them 😂

I wish they made a follow up to this film. There was such a wholesome quality to this story and the references to Sherlock Holmes were great.

This is also the last reaction I filmed in my old place. Be prepared for blank walls, TV trays, and beach chairs in the next reaction!

This was quite a way to end this season! I really enjoyed these last handful of episodes. I think my favorite episode of this season was E8. It was so fun seeing the gang in such a different environment.

Okay, this movie is unbelievably charming. The bond these three animals have with their human family is really heartwarming. The humor holds up, the story is engrossing. These animal actors were also very impressive. I imagine it's not easy to film an entire movie around animals who have no idea they are in a movie.

Okay, I LOVED this movie! It's a corny 90s kids film but it was still so fun and heartfelt. I saw this when I was in first grade and it's hard to believe that I once thought these little kids were so old! Just found a Mighty Ducks jersey online...I think I need to get it so I can be part of the team for the next two movies!

I'm so intrigued by some of these cliff hangers! It's nice to see some familiar faces and also get introduced to new characters. I wonder if any of these characters will eventually make it into any live actions or if they are just meant to exist here. Kahhori is someone I'd love to see join the live action world, even if it's not this version of her. She is fierce! Also, I really hope Captain Carter can have her fairytale ending. ❤️

This had been on my movie watch list for a long time so I was really looking forward to finally watching it. It was menacing, adorable, and playfully weird. I don't fully know how to wrap my head around this movie but it was sure fun to watch. It was like watching a dream come to life.

Okay, I'm not going to spoil the ending BUT I had a lot of emotions by the end of this film! This was such a fun movie. Jim Hawkins is the perfect restless adventure seeker to take us through this space pirate movie! This is a real hidden gem of a film. It's also so much fun to try to figure out who the voice actors are. This film had a surprisingly big cast!

Hello everyone! I just finished my cross country trip! It was such a blast seeing family and trying fun restaurants along the way. I think my favorite foodie town was New Orleans. After hearing so much about the infamous Brennan's restaurant, I can officially say it lives up to the hype. I felt like I was stepping inside a different world. The interior is so beautifully decorated and the food was mouthwateringly flavorful.

(Full Reaction) Captain Phillips

This felt far less like a movie and far more like being dropped into a real life takeover. The acting was incredible. It was an intense movie and deeply emotional. The whole cast was incredible but I think Tom Hanks and Barkhad Abdi were the real shining stars.

Turns out, Barkhad has had many more acting roles since Captain Phillips. I had read that he hadn't continued acting but I'm so happy has because this was such an incredible performance.

Get ready to go to the circus! I've never been to a circus so I'm not sure what one's attire is supposed to be. I decided to dress up with gold sparkles to add a little razzle-dazzle!

This was a really fun cinematic adventure! The plot twists were great and they just kept coming. The chemistry between the main characters was palpable and I really enjoyed how this entire story unfolded. This was such an immersive world. I wish we could have spent more time exploring Mars. The ending was INSANE!!!

What a feel good, heartwarming movie filled with delightful 80s nostalgia. This really felt like a modern day fairytale! The Goonies are a group of friends that go on an adventure and face dangerous obstacles in order to find a pirate's lost treasure.

There are so many big actors in this movie. It was really cool to see so many familiar faces. There's something incredibly comforting about this film. I wanted to watch it again the moment it ended.
