Behind-the-Scenes: PSU & Fan Test Update - Slow Progress

Hi BTS backers,

We have a new behind-the-scenes video updating on progress behind PSU and fan testing. It's slow progress, but it is progress. These nonstop hardware launches are really slowing us down this year, but at the same time propelling us. It is a hard balance between delivering constant reviews and trying to advance new testing procedures.

We're showing off our new extreme cooling equipment! This will be useful for current and future high-end desktop CPU benchmarking. We aim to reclaim the OC crown among YouTubers by using some of this gear. The GPU pots are from EK WB, the CPU Beast pot is from Der8auer. Check the video for more information!

Behind-the-Scenes: Supply Drop from Patreon Backers

Hi all,

We filmed this way back in August, I think! It got lost in the shuffle, and only at a recent impromptu Patreon meet-and-greet did we realize it hadn't yet been published.

First of all, our huge thanks to everyone in our community, especially those supporting us via Patreon. Additional thanks out to those who pitched-in to buy some supplies for the office. We have put every item to good use!

Thank you again,

- Steve

Patrons Ask GN 18: Faster Stress Testing? YouTuber Burn-Out?

Hi all!

We somehow managed to shoot the usual 3x Ask GNs even while moving into a new office. This one takes Patron questions, but we have a request: If you have questions about how we're going to use the office going forward (barring questions we won't answer for security reasons), please post them in the Patreon Discord. It'd be fun to do an office-specific/move-specific question set for Patreon backers. It's a special occasion!

Patreon BTS: Figuring Out Furniture in the New Office

Hey all,

We're running several days ahead of these vlogs/BTS videos, but wanted to show where we were a few days ago. This is true 'behind-the-scenes,' mostly in that it's very boring and focuses on where all the tables and shelves are going. Can't get much more BTS than that!

Hopefully some of you like it. More interesting stuff coming soon.

Behind-the-Scenes: GN's First Real Office

Hi all!

This is going out only to the Patreon BTS tier.

You're getting a first-look at our new office. We are working toward moving into this new office and making it our home. GN has never operated out of a 'real' office before, so this is a big move -- but a necessary one. At this point, it is required to keep operating at the pace we have been. We've physically been bumping into each other while working over the last 8-12 months, and we're simply out of room. It has slowed down testin...

This Patrons Ask GN was filmed prior to LTX. We have some behind-the-scenes videos for the $5 tier that will go live soon also, probably once we're home. Filmed some stuff at Whistler and LTX that might be worth pushing for Patreon.

GN Tool Wall!

Hey all,

We are building a GN tool wall for our tear-down set overhaul! Previously, this wall was light green and had a shelf on it. The shelf caused many head-bonks and was generally useless, and I always had to squeeze between the table, shelf, and lights, then walk around the camera (and back) if I wanted a tool off the other wall. It could sometimes take about a minute to do, which is an awfully long time to traverse about 10 linear feet -- but is also the side effect of working in a video...
