I explained how things get weird. Interestingly, towards the end of this discussion we talk about our family policies about the kids having cell phones. I ended up spending family time around the table tonight explaining to the kids how it's possible to ruin your entire career in a few minutes with a cell phone. It's fascinating that my children have that option.... if I were to give them a phone.
