Hey gamers! I took a little look back at Shadow the Hedgehog from 2005 in celebration of Sonic 3 coming out soon. This was a really fun little project to work on and I'm really happy with how it turned out. I think there's a lot of merit to this game despite ultimately being a bit of a complete mess.

So I Just Finished Dark Souls III...

It's been a few months since I finished Dark Souls 3 but I finally got around the recording the commentary for it. Reflecting on this game was really nice and I think it's left me loving it even more than I already did. It's a beautiful game with a heavy emotional core that deeply resonated with me. How it explores that through it's story and presentation is unparalleled in a lot of areas.

Doctor Who S14E08: Empire of Death (Commentary/Review)

Well fuck, what a load of shit 😭 Maybe some of the worst Doctor Who there ever was.

This season was better than Chibnall's era but just marginally superior to Season 7B and in some ways worse. Join me for the final commentary of the season. I'll see you for another at Christmas, let's hope we see some major MAJOR improvements moving forward.

The finale has begun! Here's my commentary for The Legend of Ruby Sunday. I can't lie, this is a bit more of a critical one. I found myself, on a rewatch, picking up on more and more issues I had with things that had been running themes this entire season. There are so many little things they just keep getting wrong or not giving enough depth and I think this episode REALLY feels the brunt of that. Well, I finished up Dark Souls 2 the other day and here's my commentary on it! Longer than my one for DS1 but I think the reason is likely because I had more criticisms of this game than I did of the first which ended up making the runtime longer. That said, I really did enjoy this game, despite it's issues I think it's unique and tries to do something new with the Souls formula in ways that sometimes work well and sometimes don't, but it was a good ride nonetheless.
