Mary and Daphne #183

I knocked on Nana’s door and waited for her, and I don’t know why I even wanted to go over there. I wasn’t mad at Mary. I was just … disgruntled. Which is very unusual for me as I tend to be quite gruntled, even overly gruntled sometimes. It’s not like I was fishing for sympathy (but I was totally fishing for sympathy).

“Hi Daffy,” Nana greeted me. She had a whole garden grandma thing going, or maybe a countryside vibe. Sleeveless blouse, high-waisted shorts, a working-out...

From the car, the lodge appeared in a state of elegant decay. The main building looked to be at least fifty years old, and the paint was weathered to a rustic chic across the lattice wrapping around the porch. On either side were activity buildings, and beyond those, cabins stretched out in a horseshoe around the cove of the lake. There were people walking around the grounds, but it didn’t seem all that busy, more a last weekend hurrah for the hangers on who wouldn’t let the best part of ...

Just a quick note

I haven’t been very productive lately. I was on vacation for two weeks and got back on a Friday.

On the following Wednesday, my grandpa died. I’ve been moving back and forth between my house and my parents’ to work and dog sit while my parents are in another state sorting through a lifetime’s worth of stuff.

And I’m about to go on a 3-day business trip.

But when I get back, I’m going to throw myself into writing for a while 😊 I...

‘Tis The Season: Halloween Part 1

Flat on your back on top of of your changing mat spread across the bed, you’re not happy. You’re cooperating in your double diapering, but you’re not happy, and you’re broadcasting that feeling with your expression and the arms folded over your chest. Your partner is choosing to ignore your attitude as they spread a thick layer of rash cream on your diaper area. “First diapie,” they say cheerfully in the hope a good mood, even forced, will be infectious.

“Why do I need two...

“Ugh,” Becky grunted as she shut the gate on her SUV. “I forgot how much junk it takes to go away with a kid for the weekend.”

“Cooler’s ready, Becky. Thanks again for inviting me along.”

“Of course! We’re glad you can come, Mel.” Mel went to put the cooler in the car.

Jamie heard the conversation from the playpen. Not that he minded, but it always seemed when they were having company or trying to go somewhere for more than a few hours he ended up in the ...

When we got home, I couldn’t help but notice Suzy was all over Mary (who is not me) the moment we walked in the door. All wagging ball of puppy fluff dancing from foot to foot and jumping and squealing and crying and piddling. Not that my feelings were hurt, but as I said to Suzy, “Hey! I’m also home.”

Only when she was done with Mary did she take notice of me. I think she loves me just as much but was all tired out from her antics. I know the feeling. I’ve reacted like that w...

I'm back from vacation and excited to share this! I'll proof it later. I don't want you to wait any longer for it. Enjoy!

Something is wrong with me I’ll just toss that out there before moving on. Had I turned around, I imagine I would have Gordy looking at me like I had two heads growing out of two heads. I still don’t know why I offered to help him. I still don’t know why I’m characterizing it as an offer when I pretty much said, ‘okay, I...

Tis the Season: Independence Day

This is the 5th entry in my series of holiday themed ABDL stories. Keep an eye out later this month for the Halloween edition.

_______________

It feels good to be at the park on a summer evening, surrounded on all sides by the rich diversity of your community, gathered together to celebrate the birth of your country.

Over there is the group of seniors from Greenville House, the apartment building for seniors your own grandmother, who lived in Greenville her entir...

Finding them asleep entangled in each other’s limbs let April shaken. She knew littles sometimes got excited during a diaper change, but given the state being regressed sent littles back to, she had never thought of them as having sexual desire. It just hadn’t occurred to her that Jamie and Ella, being unregressed, might be exceptions. She hadn’t thought to even think about it.

She gently closed the door, unsure what to do. Her instinct was to go to Diane and let Diane deal with ...

In the immediate aftermath of their playdate he’d not given it much thought, but as each day had passed since then, he thought more and more on the feel of her, her voice, the way she understood him, mostly, and wouldn’t let him pretend or be dishonest with himself. He felt disarmed with her.

“Hey,” she said. “I told April I’d bring you this. Took some convincing to get her to let me.” Ella laid out the mat and put the bottle down, seating herself near Jamie’s feet. He ...

I’m on vacation but will keep posting this week

My itinerary is packed, but I’m finding some time to write.

If you follow me on twitter, you know that I went to a pharmacy here (Italy). In Italian pharmacies, the diapers are behind the counter, you have to ask for them, no they don’t have the smaller package, and no they don’t have a bag to put them in.

So with a bag of 24 Tena Slip Maxi under my arm, I stopped for gelato, cringed as I walked past the receptionist, and was glad my mom was asleep and didn’t as...

Jamie spent the next morning at daycare with his earphones in doing laps around the field. Everyone else was wearing a jacket, while he had changed into shorts and run until everything he was wearing was wet. When he was done, he snuck behind the building at the back of the field and turned the hose on himself, glad the water was still on and freezing. The cold water took away the nausea from running too hard for too long. Soaked and dripping, he approached April, who’d been watching him wi...

So this is what soap tastes like, Jamie thought, sitting on the counter with the bar in his teeth and Becky standing in front of him with her arms crossed. She’d been pretty thorough about it, working up a good lather and making sure it got on his gums and most of his tongue.

Becky didn’t lecture or scold in the car, and Jamie sat wordlessly in carseat all the way home, flipping back and forth between the righteousness of his cause and regretting his loss of self-control. H...

“What’s the matter, Jamie? You bored?” He couldn’t stop fidgeting and audibly sighing in the stroller. It was starting to irritate Rebecca and Jane.

He looked apologetically at Becky. “Sorry.”

“We got probably two more hours of shopping to do. The offer is still on the table.”

“Rosie enjoys it. The two of you will have fun. Promise,” Jane said.

“Fine, alright, I’ll go to the little care.” As if he didn’t spend enough time in daycare, now he...

“Hello?” Jamie had been awake for ten minutes. He waited until he’d used his diaper before calling out. It was easier to go and felt different somehow. He was afraid he might be getting another stomach bug. Rebecca came in.

“Hey, Jamie Bear,” she said. Wow, Jamie thought, that nickname caught on quickly. “How was your nap?”

“Good.”

“You’re getting better at it.”

“What?”

“Napping. You used to wake up all groggy and w...

Everyone hates when vacations end. Mary, for instance, hates when vacations end because she has to go back to work. I, for another instance, hate when vacations end because Mary has to go back to work.

I don’t think I’ll ever puzzle out how it can be that when you’re not working the days can fly by so fast but you can still be bored. It’s been a couple years since I last had a job, and even thought it seems like I always have things to do and manage to fill most of my day, I sti...

“Jamie, I have a surprise for you.” Rebecca’s voice was distant. He could hear her, but she was so far away he couldn’t understand why she was telling him this. “C’mon, my sweet little boy.”

In his sleepy trance not conscious enough to know what was happening, Becky lifted the mostly asleep Jamie from his crib and cradled his limp form as she carried him to the rocking chair. Sitting down, she opened her robe, held Jamie to her breast, and stroked his cheek. He instinctive...

“Hi, Mom,” Amanda said as she and Jamie came in the door from their aborted trip to the museum.

“Hey! You guys are back much earlier than I thought,” Becky said with a nervous smile. She had just gotten home herself.

“It’s a long story. Jamie, why don’t you go get ready for a nap, and one of us will be in to tuck you in?”

“Okay,” he said and toddled off to his room.

“Where were you this morning,” Amanda asked.

Ever intend to do something sneaky and right as you’re about to do it, you get the sense of being watched? Like if you were to tilt your eyes upward, you would see an eye looking back at you? Like Sauron’s eye just watching you?

As I slithered up the bed in which my sleeping beauty was snoozing and laid my cheek on her chest, I sense I’d been caught. Looking up, not at all chagrinned or blushing, there was the one eye. Not that Mary only has one eye like Sauron does, but only one ...

“Are you excited for the museum,” Amanda asked.

“Yeah, I’ve been wanting to do this for a while. Why didn’t Mom come?”

“She didn’t say,” Amanda said. The two of them were on their way to Woods Park again, this time headed to the art museum. Jamie was looking forward to seeing styles of art he’d never seen before, a brand-new experience. The museum sat on a hill, and at the foot of the hill was a lake lined with a promenade. People were paddling in rented boats,...

Friends in college study together, and Gordy and I study together on campus a couple times a week. In fairness, since we’re not in the same classes, it might be more like studying near each other, but that’s normal too. Doing normal stuff while babysitting Gordy, it turns out, also feels normal. Two friends studying at the kitchen table, so normal I think we both forgot I put him in a cartoon diaper.

Didn’t forget right away, but by the time I was actually focused on my w...

Jamie was in his PJs ready for bed when Becky came in and found him sitting in his chair reading a book. He hadn’t heard the shower running, and it was too early for her to be going to bed. It only too him a moment to deduce why she was wearing a robe so early in the evening.

“Uh, hi, Mom. Nice robe. Can I stay up late and read? I just got to a really good part in this book, and frankly, who can sleep when there’s stuff happening in this book about things? I’ll tell you who can...

Dinner was pasta and squash soup. Jamie liked the salty, roasted seeds sprinkled over the creamy broth.

“So did you have fun with Ella,” Becky asked.

“Yeah, we just took a nap together and talked.”

“In the same crib?”

“Yes ... Is that not okay?” He knew as an adult he could make his own choices, or should be allowed to, yet something about being a little, whatever that meant, made him uneasy, like physical intimacy wasn’t appropriate. He knew it was n...

Splish-splash we were taking a … Not a bath. More like trespassing. Yep, that’s the right word. We were trespassing.

We made it a short day, had an early dinner, went to bed super early (thank you, melatonin!), and got up at one of those hours that you could argue was very late night or very early in the morning and sucks to be awake at either way. Why did we do this? So we could go pool hopping … nakedly.

Dear Cheryl,

Have you ever felt like you’ve changed in every way but on the inside? Like your identity has been tied to one part of you for so long, that when you stop being that thing, even then you don’t really stop being that thing? That’s me these days. And I can’t tell which I am, what I always was or what I seem to be now.

I don’t trust change. I don’t trust that change that happens so fast can be permanent. I don’t know exactly how time a...

The only thing worse than going to an office party is going to an office party at someone else’s office. That, and a few fatal diseases. That’s just medical science. Really.

I had zero desire to go to Mary’s office event – some anniversary something or other – Mary knew that, so when I told her I wasn’t feeling well and asked if I could stay home, she said yes knowing I felt just fine. Unless you count a case of the I–don’t–wannas as being sick, in which case I was on ...

Playdate day came mid-week, and Stacy picked up Ella and Jamie mid-morning. She took most of the day off for it, excited for Ella to have someone she could talk to and play with who was just like her, an unregressed little. Ella hadn’t had any contact other than written with an unregressed human since her rescue, and Stacy was sure it would be good for her.

Stacy had an unusual relationship with Ella. As a rescue, Ella had choices. She could have gone home; she could have stayed in It...

The Webb family walked to the neighborhood cul-de-sac where the party was centered. Long tables were set up in the street under garden lights and surrounded by folding chairs. Buffet tables were set up on the sidewalks and filled with seasonal and unseasonal foods. Giant men were working giant barbecue grills upon which sat the delicious remnants of giant beasts. Nearby, people were roasting chestnuts over makeshift grills. Someone had a pot of mulled wine simmering over a portable stove; Jam...
