2D Animation on the iPad with Clip Studio Paint Pro

This was originally NDA material for an ongoing project but the client switched directions (again) so this got scrapped. Luckily, I recorded a bunch of BTS for it for later Patreon usage and get to drop it early :)

Okay WOW I suddenly respect youtubers on another level because this video took WAY TOO LONG to upload.... and this is also my very first time doing a voice over! Also another reason to respect ppl who make tutorials.... I had to do 2190382 takes.

blender (re)boot camp

So I spent the last 3 days trying to re-learn my entire pipeline in Blender… as some of you may know, I understand basic things like importing models off the internet, texturing, lighting, and animating them for the job I did in late November that recklessly tipped me off the psychological edge of “mental stability”. Long time no talk, had to take some time away from social media because it was getting toxic… I think it’s an age thing but I have a pretty hard time being online and visible for over 2 weeks at a time…. hey everyone!

so I'm still editing the next videos for my zbrush tutorial series but in the meantime, since i am taking a short break from 3D freelance I decided to draw & paint.

now if you're here for 3D please understand I have no intention to quit, I just got horribly burned out from working with a gazillion clients who don't understand how 3D works. In fact the whole reason I got into 3D art was nothing short of a fluke.
