With the correct amount of little free time, these little sketches are fun. I should do more of the other characters too!

Disclaimer, it might take an indefinite time before I get to them, but I'd love to gather a list of ideas to do whenever I'm wanting to do some. :3

67-68

Both pages finally! \o/ This was a super long one to finish. It's the first time I've properly drawn the pub on both the outside and inside, it should get easier to draw after this now that I know where everything goes.

We decided to warp the time a little so we can have cameras in Tistow a few decades before they appear in our own history. Just because visually it'll be more fun and interesting to share photos of old gang members and younger versions of the characters.

Spirit squirrels, with slingshots for weapons.
In case you're wondering about this now, these squirrels have nothing to do with the tangible ones in Tuonela. Apparently whenever I need to choose an animal for anything, it's either gonna be either A) A wolf. B) A squirrel.

I guess it's some sort of creative blockage opening up. Back as a kid when I really, really wanted to tell stories (but didn't have the discipline to finish a single one), I had a cataloque of animal characters, and...

I've finally finished the big super secret squirrel project and I've started clearing the rest of the backlog. I'm very relieved. Yay!

There's a sort of group-mentality forming up with these four, Veeti and Sakari preferring each other's company, while Mikael will hang out with Jaakko.

Problem is, Jaakko isn't a huge talker. Mikael is... excessively chatty.

Something cheerful, meanwhile in the comic the friendship between these two has taken a slight nosedive.

August plans

Hi everyone! Just wanted to give you all a little heads up. There has been only a small amount of Tistow pages recently, I feel like this is an issue that raises its head every now and then and I get questions about it, I can't expect people to go through old threads for those answers either. Knitting

At this point it's pretty clear that the climate in the land of Year In Hereafter will turn colder, knitting extra layers will become an important skill to learn. Anna will definitely try her best.

Runer Runner - colouring page

♥ Free for all. I got a request for a rune runner, so here's a video of the process and a downloadable colouring page for anyone who fancies it!

Click the Download button below on the Zip or one of the files attached. You'll find a PSD and a TIFF versions of the file. TIFF can be opened by most programs and the PSD version has a transparent layer for the lineart.

Getting there!

We had a flash flood yesterday and it made its merry way to the house. The worst thing about it was the fact the rain water was mixed with sewage because there was just far too much rain for the stream to cope. I didn't realise this when I charged into the thigh deep water to check on my neighbours. =/ 

We've managed to borrow a dehumidifier that'll hopefully fix the issue with damp floors and cupboards. If not, we do thankfully have insurance. Just don't reall...
