MIST 0.7.2 finally released. There were quite a few bugs caused by the early game rework and the Ren'Py version change, but most of it is fixable and as the current version is 0.7.2b I already got rid of a few. Next is update 0.8 that will finally start us off into the next arc of the game. That means new content.

Update 0.7.2 is coming out today, as always, the links follow as soon as all the uploads are done. Now, this update is a bit different. I finally made the change from USD to EURO. I already talked about my reasons for this in Monday Update #60, but here is another little overview on the topic.
tl:dr; The conversions fees from Paypal are making me lose money and it's confusing to deal with USD when I live in Europe and the exchange rate is constantly moving up and down.

Surprise, surprise. I was a lot quicker than I thought. So I am releasing MIST v0.7.1 one week early! And don't worry, I am not dropping the quality for it. The only problem is that Android is still making troubles. I will go into more detail in a moment though.

0.7.1 is almost finished and will be released next week.

- I finished writing the dialogue and made all renders to go along with it.
- I finished all animations except for two.
- I wrote some new events when spending time and talking with the girls.

- I basically finished writing 95% of the dialogue. It is pretty much done, I am only leaving a small portion for later (I have my reasons^^).

I am pretty much done with the development (only one scene is missing). What is left is to fix bugs and get rid of spelling errors and also to better the performance of the game.
I kept experimenting after I wrote the last Dev Log and found a way to increase the performance of a big chunk of the animations by a good amount. I'd roughly estimate that the new method uses about 40% less memory to display the videos. But implementing it takes some time. Just so you know what is ...

Progress is still going great and I am almost done with the story part of 0.7, about 95% I'd say, only the finishing touches are missing. After that comes polish, scenes, testing, all that good stuff. I am still aiming for April with the release, but I am not so sure if I will make it. If not, it will be early May.
