So for the next video we had some fun just messing around with lots of new things - our new vacuum former, combining resin with concrete, and using potatoes to make molds which was way more fun and hilarious to us than it probably should have been haha. Hoping to release this one Tuesday but it depends on when we hear back from the sponsor (Quikrete). So for now, thought we'd post some pictures here!

Most of the work has been in the planning and framing. I think by the time we get to the actual trim pieces it should be easy peasy to pop em on. **knocks on wood**
If I squint my eyes I can picture it all finished :D (Oh yeah, and we got fancy and added some electrical so we could plug in lamps and phone chargers when it's in "guest room mode"

We just finished our video for 11/16!! I mean, we haven't started on the one going live on 11/9 (murphy part 2) or 11/12 (potato gem) but... progress is progress haha :P

Ever have a project where you're excited about the end result but the process is kinda... boring? Dang, home reno projects are a lot of work! We just wrapped up our laundry room renovation that we teased on Instagram today. We're actually what one might consider to be SUPER ahead on videos (like 1.5 weeks ahead!) Except we're not because we actually have 6 videos being published this month so we're actually behind, despite being "ahead"... anyway, not gonna do that anymore, it's way too many projects in one month. I say that... we're already booked for 5 in November + we're flying to Toledo ...

It's amazing y'all! Can't wait to share this Friday's video with you. We're already onto our second resin project and are planning our third it is SO addictive. It's a bit chaotic in the moment but that's part of the fun!
This is a video that's been in the works for a LONG TIME. Once we started filming it was quick to film, but lots of research, lots of chatting with Inventables and Lars Christensen from Autodesk, lots of ordering aluminum and then ordering more aluminum because we got the wrong stuff... hahaha

Whew! I think this Maker Faire may have been our craziest yet. We got to meet/hang out with so many of you guys, so many other creators, and see so many awesome things. Our brains are still spinning, which might explain why this post is going to be more of a brain dump than anything coherent
We found a giant Totoro. It was awesome. It made us think of Adam Incognito and we wondered if he'll ever do that for Maker Faire like he does for Comic-Con.

Hi guys! Wanted to give y'all a little sneak peek of our next video before we head out to NY Maker Faire :D
We were visiting Katelyn's parents and they wanted a new wine rack and we thought... hey that should not be too hard right? A few days later and we've created this beast!!
Pretty sure this is the largest thing we've built yet and we're really happy with how it turned out, can't wait to share it with you tomorrow.
