Update! Getting back to the new normal.

Finding the right setup for the cpap machine is still an ongoing process, but my baseline sleep has improved enough to start getting back to normal.

The machine is here! I'm still figuring out the best setup for it, which looks like it'll be a process but not a terribly long one. It's a learning curve like anything else and I am deeply, deeply excited to get it all figured out.
