Little information. If in Garry's Mod on my maps, and possibly any others, you see a model that is somehow inadequately lit (most often these are doors or various dynamic models), then check what r_radiosity value is set (in the console).

Apartments GTA V Online, in the style of Sharp. The map is suitable for both Garry's Mod and Source Filmmaker.
To fix the skybox and mirror (for sfm), there is a folder "_unique_resources" in it you can find textures unique to the game. Put them in the correct folder with replacement.
The mirror is very much "eats" fps, as usual, I added a trigger that includes it. For SFM you can activate the mirror by entering the command ent_fire mirror_sharp toggle
After a huge amount of swear words and experiments, I found out that SFM is broken even more than I thought before.

Experimenting with a spherical skybox x) I recently found a very interesting program called Image Composite Editor. It allows you to "quickly and without nerves" create a panorama from a set of images or even a video. I would never create this manually. I even added a night version, but it will never work out perfectly to combine them, so there is some offset. And yes, this is not the final version, you need to remove all image defects.

I'm seriously tired of this project. There should have been a lot of small elements for the garage, all sorts of tables, planning boards in the basement, but I think someone needs to come up with something themselves. It's time to move on to a new project.
