Currently inking Rane's pinup. For my warmup today though, decided to draw what would happen if you plopped a cheetah in his lap. It's been a while since I've drawn Mihari, I think since her birthday in early July. So it was nice to doodle some spots again. Enjoy my perverted doodles; there is no saving me. Here's my concepts for Rane's pinup! I started with #1 first, from an old thumbnail I had. I liked the idea but didn't like the result; hips were weird, torso needed more twisting, and just ultimately thought it wasn't worth fiddling over, and instead develop a similar pose but from a better angle, and that resulted in #4, which I like quite a lot, and think will be the pose I go with.

Some of you might have seen this in b+w on Twitter a while back. Decided to try my hand at some feral Pokemon stuff, which I actually really like, just don't get the chance to do it very often. Threw colour on this, saved out the large versions in between working on pinup sketches (will share those later too to get feedback!)

Almost forgot to share this- working on the flats atm. Buildup! This page introducing Lia. Seeing how quickly I can move the story ahead without feeling rushed. The general full comic was been written out in basic thumbnail/scripting, and this page sets up a bit of why she's here, some limited history and backstory. They'll meet face-to-face on page 4!
This month it looks like I'm drawing...me! Haha..oh god. I mean... A few questions asked about the ships! The ships aren't in HD cause they're just refined thumbnail sketches, and would probably take quite a bit to 'upscale', but, someday!

One of the request stream ideas was ARA actually working, at her station. It didn't get picked but I remembered it and wanted to do it anyway as a bit of a unwind/warmup after spending so long on the pinup recently. I want to do a couple of these warmups per week, just monochrome or simple flat colour stuff, as practice or character spotlights.

Well, here she is; probably the most complex and complicated image I've ever done. A blessing and a curse, I've always wanted to go all-out on realistic cybernetic detail, and I'm pretty darn pleased with the result. This isn't a canon image or anything, just for fun, playing on the idea that ARA will always perservere, even when destroyed.

After a bit of tweaking to both art and dialogue, here's the refined, finished page 1, and the new page 2. i also titled it finally! I think it fits, and should match the expected content later in the comic, I'm guessing it to be between 12-14 pages, which means I should finish at the end of the year or so, if it all goes well.
