Ready for new month of awesome projects ? :) 

Finally it's time for my favourite character from Ahsoka ( and I imagine many of yours as well), so I was very eager to start working on this one :) 

The lightsaber is done, printed, tested and i love it :D 

Assembly video is made and it will be posted soon as well, but in the meantime for everyone who's pledge has been processed i wish you much fun with this little project

Added some stuff to help you build :)

I Organized the Westar folder a bit more, so now you have 1 more folder "assembly instructions"

In there you will find 

- assembly/parts name map

- assembly instructions

- hardware parts named

- print orientation suggestion

I also added 3d printed photos examples, and a functionality animation - just for the fun of it :D

Clean gauntlets added( without paint guides)

As you requested, clean gauntlets, without paint guides on the side are also added to the folder now :)

Just refresh the folder - as we know, google drive doenst refresh it on its own :)

The gauntlets. Quite tricky to make, so let me walk you through it

First- you might notice there are details once again carved in on the side - those would feel very tricky to make, so i hope you'll find it usefull :) 

Since we are using 4x4 magnets for the DIY blasters build, i figured i'd include them in this build as well, so you dont have to order new ones.

Another armor piece for sabine ( the back plate) - clean and with paint guides included  - so just the gauntlets left and the armor will be complete :)

and  

to the "build your own blaster project" another blaster from Jedi survivor is added.

This time Combustion blaster - with 2 alternate grips.

Of course this blaster is once again compatible with the first 3, so now you have 4...

This one has been requested by you quite a lot :) But I also figured it would be a nice way to continue the functional lightsabers line, so finally it's done :)

Sabine's biker helmet V2_update

In episode 1 of Ahsoka we got  a much better view of Sabine's helmet, especially the back view , so as promised i updated that part

I didnt want you to have to print everything from the start so onlyparts that are updated are :

-left ear
-right ear
-BP2 ( the back piece)

They are added to "V2_update" folder in the Sabine biker helmet in August 2023 for "we are makers" tier members :)

Arakyd Heavy blaster - modular

And another blaster has joined the modular set for the BYOB- BUILD YOUR OWN BLASTER PROJECT :)

As before you can build the Arakyd blaster or print any of the other parts and by using magnets and locks you can build your own modular blaster

Once again i have added a few examples of what the blasters would look like if you plan to mix up the parts :)

The coolest thing is the option to excahnge the parts after the print is done, so...

First 2 modular blasters uploaded :)

OK, in the sea of everyone doing the same thing, here is something new :) (and quite difficult) XD

Its the "BUILD YOUR OWN BLASTER" project :) 

The idea arrived back when i made the lw896 blaster from jedi survivor 

I mentioned i want to make the parts for the blasters in the game so you can 3d print them, and then build your own blaster as you see fit.

Not only build, but change the shapes, grip, barrels in real life just like in the ga...

This time - the belt buckles

I made 2 versions of each - 1 fully combined , and 2 - split into parts for easier painting.

It would appear this armor is all about painting schemes, so i decided to make it easy on the belt as well

The parts are made in a manner that even if you plan to print the split parts, the parts still keep their structural strength

The back is flat so it's a super simple support...

This time the shoulder pauldrons.

As before the right shoulder comes with paint guides carved in, and the paint "mask" for tracing the insignia, if you will find this one easier to use. I created it as a fully combined piece as well as 2 parts for easier printing - keep in mind, given the difficult "mask" design, resin printed will most likely be a better choice :)

No worries, im still working on Sabine stuff, but based on the last poll, and since im kind of in the  face mask making/halloween costume making mood, i decide to mix it up with a bit with something of a classic :) 

While i was making the mask i thought it would be cool to have a little statue of the "they live" alien with billboards for the subliminal messages that you can use for halloween or your convention booth :D

A mask and an update :D

So, to take a tiny break from Sabine build ( i am working on the torso armor at the moment - work in progress photo is attached . The carved in paint guides i created for the helmet seem to have been well accepted , so i will do my best to make the torso armor with easy to use paint patterns as well, and i think i have an idea on how to make it even better ;) )

As many of you most likely noticed,  lately, pretty much every patreon/creator is working on the same thing i am - which kind of takes away the fun from all of it,  so to make sure i am offering you what you would really like and since i'm doing all of it myself, to make sure my time is put to best use on what you would really love to see, i would kindly ask to spare some time to help me understand what kind of things you would like to see more of in the future :)

Finally it's done :)   And its being uploaded to the AUGUST 2023 link that is being sent to yuu this very momemnt :) 

This project was a collaboration between me and a talented young artist David Eyberman, and we are very very very happy with how this one turned out. 

David and I will continue to work on quite some other projects like this, so expect much more of these kinds of detailed models :)

Sabine helmet now compatible with JJ industries

Yup, that happened, I've updated the right ear so they are now compatible with JJ industries metal stalk mechanism - check their page for the product :)

i've also updated our mysterymakers ears, someone pointed out there is no "lip" on the ears that i added there beofore to make the painting easier, so now you have these options to choose from as well :)

Make sure to refresh the folders, (sabine helmet folder) , as we know , for some weird reason google drive doesnt auto refres...

How to assemble the lightsaber :)

Many of new members have been asking how difficult it is to make the functional lightsaber, and the answer is - its super super simple :)

you take the electronics core( as you will see in the video) and attach it with screws , thats it :)

I have been making these lightsabers for few years now, so if you havent used your "old rewards" now, and wish to build more lightsabers, you can look in my old library folder :)

SABINE WREN FUNCTIONAL LIGHTSABER

There are 2 verions, one non functional and a functional one - the functional one uses my standard electronics we've been ued for almost 2 years now - links for sabers and everything is in the project folders :)

I've been told i am spoiling you allot with how well the models are prepared, sooo let the spoiling continue XD :D

Allot of you asked for 2d stencils to be printed on regular desktop printers or some desktop cutters, and at first it was quite a difficult task to perform, but i just couldnt get it out of my head :D

So i think i managed to find a way - but we need to test it out

I know there are already lots of Sabine helmets out there, but I also wanted to make something that would help you as the maker when it comes to 3d printing, casting and painting easier :)

Sabine helmet - first look :)

Well, finally I'm back, and I couldn't wait to get started on the helmet :)  

This is still a "work in progress" ofc, but wanted to share the first look with you :)  

There are quite some shapes/differences than seen on any previous helmets before, so I'm doing my best to catch every little detail :) ,

Still need to make some shape adjustments and working on right ear/rangefinder at the moment, so once those are done I will do final shape adjustments :)  &...

As always there are both clean and "textured" version included, so you can resin or filament print both, but if you wish to use a real rod, i create a little "guide" model to help you bend the rod in shape :)

The grip is textured if you wish to paint over it for "weathered" wood effect, but i also added a clean version if you with to give it a shot with paint...

Wands and some new info :)

Ok, lots of stuff happened today :)

First - as promised , i did mention i have 2 more "smaller" projects to wrap up this week while on vacation, so here is the first one - the hogwarts legacy starter wands - i wanted to make this as soon as the game came out, i still enjoy the game very much :) those are highly detailed all 8 starter wands with their names in description :)
