Howdy, Traxian podcast people!
Your old pal Erik here. I'm finally making good on my promise for a Talkin' RiffTrax from Bridget and Mary Jo, where we discuss their latest riff, Frankenstein's Daughter! We talked in podcast form about that, plus digressions into important topics like Ellen DeGeneres' replacement on "Ellen," Abe Vigoda jokes, and Mary Jo's impressive spelling abilities.

Hi folks,
We did things a bit differently this time, and recorded ourselves recording the MP3 intro for the release — mainly because after three hours of these lunkheads we were sick and tired of talking. Enjoy!

In this here Patreon-exclusive Talkin’ RiffTrax, we discuss this week's release, STITCHES. It’s the usual old stuff, you know - an agent of Satan poses as an old spinster and moves into a rooming house in order to suck the souls out of the other boarders and turn them into paper dolls who then do her bidding. Some of them get turned into evil wads of paper, but now we’re nit-picking.

Satan walks among us and he’s a… sassy grandma??
When a mysterious old lady shows up at a quiet boarding house, many of us consider putting on something more exciting, like one of those YouTube videos where a creepy unseen adult unwraps a Kinder Surprise egg. But stick around! Because every guest has their own dark secret and Beelzebub’s going to punish them the only way she knows how: by turning them into paper dolls. Evidently this is what went on in the tenth circle of he...

Hello Traxians, Erik here.
Hot on the hooves of our Talkin' Moose Baby post, as promised is the original, unriffed HD short that we transferred from a film print some years ago. While Kevin gave me a shout-out in the aforementioned video, I didn't actually find this new cut of the film, but I did try to remind everyone now and then that we had this important piece of RiffTrax history already "i...

Greetings, Traxians!
Today is Father's Day, and so what better way to celebrate it than with a new short called Appreciating Our Parents?
Speaking of mammalian offspring, we recently discovered a 35mm film reel containing a different cut of a short we'd riffed back in 2009: The Tale of Moose Baby...

When a boy and a girl spot strange lights in the sky, nobody could predict that thirty years later they’d reunite and fall in love, because that is very stupid.
But then again we’re talking about Greydon Clark, who gave us the movie where a cat barfs out a slightly more evil cat, so maybe we should have been expectin...

Have a listen as we try to decide if Raymond Burr is attractive or scary, how to pronounce the director's name, and other vital facts. I guess you could say we are Talkin' RiffTrax!

She’s a bride. He’s a gorilla. What happens when they meet and fall in love in the jungles of South America? Murder and mayhem, that’s what!
Raymond Burr is a plantation foreman who kills his employer, then has at his boss’s hot wife. But the neighborhood witch just happens to witness the murder and puts a curse on him, which has him roaming the jungle doing a lot of things not on the honey-do list.
Bridget and Mary Jo riff on this fine piece of 1950s cheese,

Long before there was a terrible Disney live-action version of Aladdin, there was a terrible Disney live-action version of Aladdin! This one came out two years before the classic animated version, and has been rightfully scrubbed from history. In fact, Disney was so eager to suppress it that the guy who played Aladdin never acted again! Or before! This was his only role, and after ten seconds of his performance, you will realize it was one too many.
The role of the Gen...

Hello Traxians! Conor Lastowka here. We did our first collective run thru of our Hobgoblins Live show yesterday. It was very funny and will be a great time! With these live shows that were also done on MST3K, once we have our script in order, I go through the original MST episode and note if there are any lines that are similar. On this rewatch, I also noted some of the references I didn't get. ( I had just finished my junior year of high school when this episode aired.) So I called up ...

Right off the bat, there’s one thing you should know about the Suburban Sasquatch: his nipples are huge.
Huge, detailed, and poorly sculpted. He barely comes near a suburb in the entire course of the movie, so it should probably have been called Big Detailed Nipples Sasquatch instead. But hey, hindsight is 20/20. ("20" is also roughly the diameter of the Sasquatch’...
