So this chapter took about a day longer than I wanted to spend on it, but it grew a little larger, and a little darker than I'd intended.

Some of you might have noticed that I posted a AA2 chapter a week ago, said I was likely going to upload the new chapter the next day, and then it never came.
Well, the reason was I was on vacation, and as usual, I overestimated the amount of time I would have to actually work. The new chapter has been at like 75% complete the entire time.

I'm still working on Asgard Awakening 2. In fact, I will be having a meeting with Will this week about our planned crossovers between AA and CC.
Work to re-edit First Song 2 is still ongoing, but slow. Outspan and I are both taking a crack at each chapter, and we both have other things going on, so it's getting worked into our schedules whenever we can fit it.

One of my most prized swords belonged to a notable British officer. This blade has been all around the world.

Indie writers are easier to have fun/collab with.
I have a story behind this opinion, and it does not reflect poorly on trad authors at all. It just...is.
A while back, I approached a trad author I have been reading for 20 years on whether I could include a couple of his characters in one of my series as an Easter egg.

Hey everyone! I haven't changed the patreon around yet, but I'm going to start transitioning everyone into seeing art starting now.
Anyway, the Anz'wei character art I commissioned is almost done, but I'm not sure about it. I kind of pictured her being a bit stockier, more like an Elder Scrolls daedroth, but this leaner version of her kind of works too.

I know a lot of people are waiting until the anthology is out before they read any of the stories, which I totally understand.

The entire book with all seven stories will be 150k words+, which is pretty damn massive.

Everything is moving really quickly with the anthology. I got the contracts, and I'll likely be sending them out to the authors whose stories will be in the book by the end of today.
