Most of my mods are uploaded and released as a .rar file. That means you'll need a program like winrar to extract the mod. I use rarlab.com or win-rar.com.

Added new settings. You'll find on a basegame computer. If you cannot find the custom venues use this settings option to become a Landlord or quit being a Landlord. Next, setup the apartment lot, place the computer and operate the property as a Landlord as usual.

Black Widow Killer Trait - Purchase Life Insurance interaction will no longer remain present after purchase. The interaction will return when you successful file an insurance claim.
Added two new Create-A-Hoe create a hoe interactions. Now you can add and remove these traits from an interaction picker. Just find the computer menu "Create-A-Hoe"

Sexy Gigs Mod v14 is complete and ready for upload. Small issue took much longer to deal with but the mod is working okay. A couple of annoying issues with interactions remaining when they should be greyed out. That's more of things I have to learn and look up. Discovered a typo I'll have to correct in a notification, and removed a couple of things that will take a lot longer to iron out.
