Concept: Hellion alphabet

some errors or things I should be more clear about:
"DALAS" should actually translate as "DALIS"
The dot can be used at the beginning of any /sound/ that starts with a vowel so it doesn't just have to be at the very beginning.
The vowels always remain "underneath" everything else so they should never be written larger like a consonant would.
There are no double consonants like the LL in Hellion or Dallas
Things are spelled more?? phonetically?? like the IE in charlie would just be a long E, if that makes sense.
