Matt, 0.12.x is a great update! I've really enjoyed the new metal working and interaction system. With the addition of the caves and ore resources the game is starting to feel more in-depth. Caves feel fun and I like the crystals! I know you don't yet have plans for the crystals but maybe the could work well in crafting gems/upgrades to items or as part of crafting your own spells for the want/staff? (crystal powders?) Question on blueprint system: What is the possibility of adding a modifier key when selecting the 2nd coordinate in the blueprint range? It would be nice if we could hold ALT or something to just continue out as a box selection into blank space. This is because there are some construction shapes you cannot properly select because you have to select a voxel that is placed in the world for each selection. I was thinking the modifier could just continue out from the current cursor expanding the coordinates along that vector? NOTE- This may also be helpful for building where a modifier key could be used to extend out from the initial placed location along a single plane without having to connect to an adjacent block to complete the placement. Feed back: * Gear info It would be great to see the gear info for armor items. I did some testing with copper armor vs naked combat and I'm not seeing much difference. It seems like I'm getting hit for almost as much as before when attacking melee combatants. * Mob spawning I've noticed in this update there are many more mobs spawning near around my initial base. Game play wise it seems odd to have them spawn right next to my house or at my door as soon as night comes... Maybe our selected bed spawn could act as a location to establish a perimeter so that stuff is not spawning right next to us? * Spider webs Please add logic to have these decay. It gets ugly and annoying when you have to clean up the webs with a knife... * Bucket... Why can't I make a bucket with copper as well as Iron??? * Craftable Lights Please add a way to craft candles or other lights that can be placed soon :) Bugs: * Do you have a place you would like bug's submitted where they can be tracked? * Possible Movement Bug I've found a possible movement issues when attacking and moving. If I'm spamming the attack and moving around I sometimes drift/continue to move even after I am not pressing a directional button. Its not a small amount sometimes moving a few meters (size of a bear or 2). Its most noticeable when using the wand & boomerang. I had played a lot with the wand in the 0.8/0.9 versions and never noticed this. * Possible Crafting Bug When crafting the new copper weapons I had placed down items to make both the copper sword and a copper axe. When I crafted the copper sword the axe head was also consumed so I had to go smelt another copper axe head. I've not tried to recreate this issue yet but if it happens again I'll provide the steps. Awesome work!!! Thank you for a great experience!
