Printing and Printing and Printing....
Added 2025-03-10 15:16:17 +0000 UTCLast week was Carnival in my hometown, so productivity took a bit of a hit—too much celebrating, and I ended up getting sick. But that didn’t stop me from printing!
For the next few weeks, my focus is on real-world prints to fine-tune the setup and slicer profiles with actual user feedback. Expect a bunch of short videos showcasing high-speed prints, starting with this puzzle:
This puzzle was printed with an outer perimeter speed of 360mm/s and an acceleration of 70,000mm/s². Since the parts are hollow, most of the print was completed at these high speeds.
If you have any interesting print ideas you'd like to see on the T250, feel free to share them in the comments here on Patreon!

You can download the first Slicer Profile here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/122126234 At this stage, I’m not looking for community feedback—there are just too many volatile parameters. The faster you print, the harder it gets to create a one-size-fits-all solution. Right now, I’m debating which conditions my profiles should be optimized for.

2025-03-11 16:40:36 +0000 UTCYeah im not a fan of those kind of prints. At the end when optimising for such low minimum layer times you get a) pretty slow printspeed and b) brittle parts since you have to print them with extrem part cooling reducing layer bounding and c) it would hurt your ears since printing at 100% CPAP wants you to leave the room in less than 15 seconds. My current goal is to enhance a set op profiles to make them more generic, hopefully a fire and forget profile for that is fast without too much fiddling
