OC Echo

Echo is a Dei Seidhe (a species in my little universe. "Seidhe" is the whole group of these creatures (Dei, which sounds like "divinity" in Italian and "day" in English, so this name represents the creatures themselves: sunny, warm and arrogant; and Nui, which sounds like "night" in French. About Nui I'll tell you in another post with one of the Nui himself hehe))
So about Echo: he's the ruler of Dei Seidhe (city-state Aurif located right in the middle of a desert), quite an arrogant and bitchy boi. He was born along with his older brother Thunder in royal family of Aurif, tho with an imperfection: he has 2 pair of wings. Due to this defect he couldn't neither walk nor fly at all since the wings were always entangled and heavy.
Even tho the rules of Dei society demanded to get rid of such imperfect beings, his parents refused to end his life but to concentrate more on his brother and to prepare him to be the next ruler of Aurif.
Thunder replaced parents for Echo who abandoned him completely, taught him how to manage wings, to fly and did his best to give his little brother everything he didn't get from parents.

P.S.
1.Aether is the type of magic in my universe and it's also literally blood of Seidhe. Humans can't possess magic. Aether in blood of Seidhe can be concentrated and low. Echo and any other noble from Aurif has the "concentrated" type, so this is why his wings glow. The ones that have low lvl of aether are the servants.
2. His parents are both perfect representatives of Dei Seidhe with perfect genes. Nobody knows why Echo was born with so many imperfections (infertile + wings)
