"Stupid Piece of Sh*t" - Bojack's Most Realistic Episode.

I've really never seen another show convey this aspect so effectively, and to be able to show and get the audience to understand what it's like to live with this "voice in your head".
And the ending is, of course, depressing, but also completely necessary and accurate to this "voice". It isn't something you can simply ditch or that goes away on its own. You need to be able to learn and effectively deal with it yourself, or else it'll only get worse, as we see in Bojack's case.
