My sister is visiting from out of town, so despite my relunctance, I did take some time off, and I hope it recharges me for the rest of the month. I think I'm making too many comics. Comics are like my meth (I've never done meth, so I'm guessing). On one hand, I love making jokes, telling quick bite-sized stories, and I think that these are what people like me for. BUT, they stress me the fuck out. Plotting it. Laying it out. The worst part is knowing when to stop. With a comic, I end up treating every panel like it's an independant picture, meaning that I end up putting $300 of work into a $100 commission.
I think I just need to slow down on comics again. Maybe take them off the docket for a while. That's a Catch 22 though. I don't know. I'm already second guessing myself again.
Oh . . . This is going to be my Thanksgiving picture. That's a Thanksgiving pumpkin.
