I meant to post this a couple of weeks ago, but Youtube finally paid out the money from the Monson stream at the end of April (even tho it feels like that stream was several years ago at this point), and i was finally able to put the proceeds into the fundraiser. Pre-release hype update on FMA 2, brought to you by Puddles

I've just finished writing the credits, and am pretty much ready to call it a wrap. It's one hour and ten minutes long, and honestly, probably could've been longer. The Fabia segment alone is about 30 minutes, and at that, I actually didn't even get to use about 50% of the footage of that lunatic that I'd found. Getting closer to the finish line now, I've just passed 1hr 1m of footage (i probably need someone to edit my work but screw it). And i also recruited my first ever voice actress, none other than Mrs Blownapart! She will voice the news anchor recounting the tragic story of the out of control Chi master who decimated unsuspecting students with murderous chi energy blasts 😆

It's nice to know that even now, like 6 or 7 weeks into the video, I'm not so tired that I can still come up with...

42 minutes of work completed now! Been on a pretty intense writing/recording/editing flow since Thursday, now that i have some time off work. This clip comes at the end of a segment talking about Fabias completely unhinged rants. Much like when Mrs Blownapart saw me editing a clip of "Mac and Me" into the video... it all makes sense in the larger context of the video!

Progress Report!

Hey all, 

So work continues at a pretty steady pace on Fake Martial Arts 2. Or at least what I would consider a steady pace, i.e. any pace that lets me get in an hour of Elden Ring here and there.

So far the first main segment is 100% done, the minisode about DUST is 100% done, and the intro to the next mainline fraud is done... that being the one, the only, Joshua E. Fabia.

A quick look at FMA Part 2

This is just a real quick little segueway i threw together tonight. I'm more or less finished with the first full on fraud story, so in between the larger stories i wanted to do these short "corner of fraudulence" segments where i go over some martial arts clownery that probably couldn't fill  a full segment. Ashida Kim is even crazier than we thought

So the fundraiser has absolutely crushed it. As of today, we've raised 105% of the goal on justgiving, it just hit €527 total, and the youtube donations from the livestream totalled €227 after the youtube tax. All told, there's €754 raised and the end date for justgiving is the 18th of April (thats when youtube should pay out its revenue, so i can lump both payments all together in one big payment for the IFAW). Final progress report - looks like we made it after all

Holy shit, it's almost finished.

I just finished writing the epilogue for Part 3, which means i only have roughly 6-7 minutes of footage to edit. I've been in full on crunch mode for the last couple of weeks trying to get this done and its kinda hard to believe I'm almost at the finish line.

This is easily the biggest video I've done so far, its an hour and 10 minutes long, and that's not counting the remaining epilogue. As with Part 2, I'll be uploading it for patrons a few days ...

This Kevin Randleman clip hits different

I haven't changed too much in it, I just normalized the vocals so that they can actually be heard without having to raise your volume to max, (resulting in deafening you whenever the music gets loud or i raise my voice). I made a few tweaks and changes here and there, some smoother transitions, nicer looking texts, better green screens effects, and some different music in parts...

Remastering the Head Movement video
