elves like rahim tend to be rather short and petite, while kha -- on the other hand -- just so happened to grow very tall. he loves teasing rahim for being small, but would have been just as protective no matter rahim's size. the cat imagery comes from the fact that rahim has some sphinx blood, too -- and he absolutely purrs when they cuddle.

this sketchpage accidentally turned into rahim ribbing kha for being a dork, but it's ok because their banter is so precious. it's a mix of design doodles (you know me, i gotta draw the cool outfits and the teef) and little moments, like hair care and kha sipping on blood. he's a vampire and if he gets too hungry he might frenzy and eat people, so rahim always has emergency snack bags of blood at hand.
