Our new robot arm has a name: RAMsey! Ram for 2 reasons:
1) Computer random access memory (RAM) is an essential part of robotics
2) ... the arm tends to RAM into things 🤣
Ramsey also has a first mission: to help us paint each others portraits! We really are not super confident with how this will go but it certainly will be fun haha. Also do you love the hands or hate them?

Great news! We were able to dry out our pumpkins! Bad news is that they looked pretty unhealthy once they were dry 🤣 Good news again though: after a few coats of resin Bean started to look pretty great! Bean has held up pretty well so far but only time will tell if Bean will live longer than Francis! How is Perry you ask?? Hmm... Wow, this video snuck up on us! Probably because we filmed it quite a while ago and sent it off to one of our editors (who usually does our gaming edits). Really happy with how it turned out and we learned a lot in the process ^_^

Hey guys! Like we mentioned in the last post, we've been working on the workshop again and one thing we did was make a super long 12 ft by 14 inch wood counter for our cabinets... and we wanna do a resin pour over it! It'll be our biggest resin pour ever and the current plan is to live stream it sometime next week (we'll of course do a public post once we finalize the day).

Hey guys! Wanted to share the final results of the resin record before the video goes live tomorrow.... IT WORKED!!!!
So first off, the side of it you're seeing in the photo is actually the underside of the pour (because that's where the record's ridges were captured in the mold). Glow powder tends to sink, which is why the colors look lighter than our past updates. Speaking of glow powder, here's how it looks in the dark - it's insane.

Hey guys! Progress is a little slower than usual since we're still in recovery mode, but we wanted to share progress on the upcoming resin record project! We used glow powder + some fluorescent powder to give it color in the daylight too (most our glow powder is just white in the light, even though it glows different colors in the dark). And we decided to go for a spiral tie-dye looking design.

It's about time for our first resin project at the new house 🎉 We also brought our friends Pascal (the pressure pot) and our yet un-named vacuum chamber out of their brief move induced retirement! With each project it seems like we're getting a bit closer to our old functional workshop but honestly we still have quite a ways to go lol. We're still trying to move at an "easier" pace but it's pretty fulfilling to be making some more content again 🙌

I *promise* we're still taking it slow, butttttttt I still wanna share what our next project video will be. We're gonna make a resin record! It's been done by our friend David at Make Something and TKOR to some degree of success, but we have some ideas to eliminate some of the struggles they may have faced and we wanna make the whole thing a piece of resin art too (we're thinking a groovy glow in the dark type design).

Hey guys, wanted to give y'all a little bit more detail on how Evan's doing than we shared on socials. First off - today has been a really good day. He was given solid foods for the first time and he's been able to keep them down, and he's finally not hooked up to an IV because he's able to take all meds orally. I was able to give him a real hug for the first time since we went to the ER!!!!
