Friday funday!
Let's attempt some powder bursts so we ease smoothly into the weekend!
Lots of colorful love to everyone!
Happy month!
Slowly but steady (?) I keep updating the basic Houdini series.
New H version (19) came out a week ago, I need to get hands on there as well. In every version nodes break/change/disappear haha. I will try my best to stay up to date with the newest stuff before posting the new tut.
Meanwhile, enjoy some boring advanced selection operations :)

Hey there!
This month we gonna explore how possible an effect like this is in Cinema4D.
We gonna look the aspects of procedurally animating and rendering such an effect.
Have a good one! Cheers
And finally some octane stuff :)
As I like hearing ur requests I ll add a lot more rendering stuff in the mix.
Thanks for being awesome and supporting me!

Heya,
I released this few days ago and forgot to post it here, so better late than ever! Groups aka selections is a fundamental concept in H and before engaging further we need to be able to understand groups really well.
Cheers!
Finally to the more tricky stuff, with proper dynamics and all. Not always necessary but its good to know what we can and we cannot do within c4d limits.

Heya,
I ll start first and you probably know what I have to say. Another release, another disappointment. C4D is my go tool, everyone here knows how much I love using it. I thought about being silent about it but i m so excited about every new c4d release only to get frustrated immediately after.
I still remember presenting in IBC 2019 with R20 feeling so confident about mograph stuff. But last 2 years, updates fall in the area of UVW, interface, an asset browser (that you canno...
Heya,
Second Houdini tutorial with tons of tries to get it right. This time we start proper with some viewport navigation. I know you all want the juicy stuff, but unfortunately H is not a software that you dive direct into particles. If you lack fundamentals, you don't understand a thing as you move forward. You will see, it will escalate quickly :)
Daily practice is the key here.
Have a great weekend!
Lets jump to the juicy stuff and start setting up things with xparticles :)
PROJECT FILES are added on the same post
Cheers!
After some Houdini fun, business as usual with the 2nd part of the spline dynamic series. I take a step back from xpresso and exploring some of the ways that i know as possibilities when comes spline dynamics before i get into more specific applications.
Keep exploring and have fun with those setups!

Hello friends,
My very first Houdini tutorial. For beginners, from an artistic point of view just to get our feet wet.
For those who are interested in my journey there, I m gonna release some free Youtube stuff from time to time.
Would really appreciate your feedback on this one. I wanna see if the way I explain/compare things makes sense so I can do more in depth stuff.
Also if you could be so kind and subscribe to my youtube channel cause unless 100 subscribers, I c...
I ll keep updating this post as the series progresses.

Heya,
First part of the spline dynamic series i was preparing for a while. We ll explore many things from xparticles to mograph and a tiny bit of expresso (which is far from my area of expertise).
This is probably the most complex tut on this series. Feel free to add any questions in the comments below.
Thanks a lot!

And the last part is here as well!
I have something very exciting as well which i am preparing now and hopefully i will be able to showcase it in September. It is rnd from a massive project i did recently. More info soon-ish! For those of you that will keep grinding during August, u ll have my tuts for company! And for those that will decide to take a break of everything and dive into the sea, stay safe!
Cheers boys and girls!
Hey friends,
Happy August and I hope that everyone takes some downtime this month. Here is the 3rd part of cloth explorations with XP.
Cheers!
Heya,
Part 2 is here :)
Well... the more i do these explorations the more i realise that Houdini is so much better with vellum. Just stating the obvious haha.
Cheers!
Hi,
Happy month! Here is part A of the cloth series.
Let me know if any questions!
Cheers

Coming up in a few days :)...
Wrapped up part 2 about compositing within AE.
I hope they wont change things in the future cause took me a while to figure out a simple workflow and did many many tests.
One thing it never made it to the video cause i had some issues was EXR compression. Supposedly we can change the compression inside octane and have much smaller files. Now that 2020.2.4 is out, I m gonna do some more tests out of curiosity.
Not sure about process in fusion/resolve/nuke sorry I only do AE :)...
Heya,
Yesterday Redshift announced that will have by default ACES as its new color space.
I think its really important to understand why and how to use ACES in octane. Tutorials and resources and poor implementations in octane versions so far are kinda limited and often confusing. I was in touch with developers for quite a while to help em implement this better/easier for everyone. Many of us are not colorists or compositors, we just need to work under the best possible conditi...
In part 2 we gonna explore some more optimisation techniques + how to render a shot like this.

Summer is upon us!
Take a break and try follow through the trial and errors I am put through this tutorial series. It was probably the toughest tut that I ve done, not cause its something special but due to the fact that xp are so damn buggy with dynamics. We need to be aware so many things that dont make sense and this takes away a lot of the fun and the creative process.
In any case, I hope you enjoy this one and hit me up with any questions you may have!
Cheers!

PART2
Hello, i did this test render few days ago and a lot of u asked me to see a tut about it.
So this will be up shortly :)
Thank you all for the tremendous support so far!
Hello!
Octane and compositing tips, VDB improvements for our top tier this month.
Soon I ll get back to more dynamic experiments + i might start a Houdini tier hehe! Im such a noob there yet but maybe we can take this journey together step by step!|
Happy compositing!
A brief overview of the xparticles setups in the cloth shot.
Will follow up with some octane volume tips!
Cheers!
Hey guys,
Happy month to everyone. This month i ll focus on cloth both via Mamba breakdown and with individual tutorials.
In this specific one btw, u can fast forward the part from 25 min to 33 where i try to do some Xpresso and mess up haha. I do it in the end but oh well u know me swearing and failing same time, doesnt make good tutorial material hehe.
Any questions, hit me below.
Cheers
