It's easy to tell the variety of the bread because the loaf pan used to bake it is curved into the distinctive shape of a banana. There are even golden brown ridges along its sides that taper into the tips of the fruit. The speckles dotting it remind you of an overripe banana until you realize they are tiny chocolate chips that were carefully layered into the batter to avoid any sinking as the tender loaf baked.

Have any of you noticed that the Fernweh Gang refers to the TFS grandfather quite differently? This was further hinted at in a line from J's writing. It's below:

Author's Choice: The Returning Visitor's Abilities 👀 (Part 1 of 3)
The three abilities are: Empathetic Impressions, Retrocognition, and Extrasensory Awareness. The Skills Page in the Stats suggests your MC has some innate, fledgling competency with all of them; however, there is one that's their primary skill. (It is the one that once freaked out the TFS grandfather during a winter celebration. 👻) It is also the same ability that directly influenced a scene with A. Corvin in Book Two.
