One of my favourite parts of returning home from an overseas trip is journaling on the plane ride. I settle into my seat, pull down the stow table, put pen to paper, and reflect on my time away. I especially enjoy writing little travel tips to my future self such as pack more underwear than you think you need & download netflix BEFORE my flight (you might wanna write that one down).

Teaching naked yoga at my first nude retreat

This was one of my first nude retreats! Yup, an entire weekend, NUDE!

I was lucky enough to be asked to teach yoga for this event, and it was an incredible experience.

The weekend consisted of naked yoga, skinny dipping, naked exploring, and communal nude cooking. The most interesting part of it all was when everyone got dressed at the end... it was this weird moment of "So that's what you look like with clothes on" 😂

This is one of my favorite waterfalls in Sydney! Why? Because it's where Anna got naked in nature FOR THE FIRST TIME!

It took her a while to become comfortable enough to get naked in front of friends but once she took the leap she said she felt a freedom like no other. She's now the first to get naked and the last to get dressed 😂
