Patch v0.6 release date, comments, plans

Hey there, everyone!  ✧⁺⸜(●′▾‵●)⸝⁺✧

Yeah...I underestimated the amount of work that was left to do a little bit. But anyway!

The patch is coming in the next two-three days.

I've finished almost everything, things to do:

-assign proper triggers for achievements

-update the $10 guide a little bit (read below)

-have another look at the numbers, stats and do minor adjustments

-don't forget to write the afterword...

I've finished the biggest chunk of events I wanted to include in this patch. I have to stop somewhere, and I feel like this should be enough.

What's left to do in terms of animations: several idles for the Reputation and Lewdness screens, new main-menu animation, and a very small non-lewd scene to provide additional flavor.

After that I'll start doing the pre-release work: decorating text, adding sounds, etc.

Instead of writing what was done, I'll list what's left to do:

1. Another tier of the Subway event and what's around it.

Yeah, the last post was 10 days ago, that's kinda a lot.

Lats weekend I spent doing my own IRL stuff, and then during the week it was a rare case of "so much physical work, that the only thing I want is to lay down and not even watch anything". Most of it is done, probably gonna need another day or two.

So, I did the basic intro scene for the whole "welcome to the new office" thing and started doing, re-doing, and adding hidden stats calculations and...well.

I don't think my previous idea, the "Sexual endurance" being one of the main stats, was any good.

The stat itself is gonna stay, but I'll change how it works. I gave it an extended thought and honestly, grinding your way up to 5000 Desire, then making her cum and repeat - sounds...pretty fu...

Status report

Pretty busy week, IRL-wise. Not much was done honestly:

1. Finalized Achievements.

Had to re-do all renders to .wemb, as RenPy doesn't know how to show .mp4 at 60 fps.

Wrote descriptions, made interface. Also did a hidden way to unlock them all, I'll put it to the Guide later.

2. Implemented 3 new buffs and changed "Arousal" to the "Sexual Endurance" for the upcoming phase.

The week of discoveries

So, this last week I spent doing achievements, kinda.

Well, I pulled a few (~14) out of my...head, and created animations for them.

What's an achievement? I'll post the (somewhat) finalized screen-shot later, when I'm done actually putting them in the code. But a short version is this:

Game difficulty poll. Also a little report

Hey guys and girls!

I'm having a hard battle with my software, and partly losing it. Most likely I'll get tired of this closer to weekend, port my stuff in and start doing something useful. But I can say it right now: the new PC rocks! I can even render in 60 fps without losing my sanity waiting for it to finish.

Not sure how much of improvement it could be...Dynamic scenes (where camera or characters are moving too fast) definitely look better.

I can't believe it, but we've reached 100 patrons!

And I'm dangerously close to reaching my second goal too. Which is kinda scary.

I couldn't really think that my amateur attempt at doing some silly porn-game will ever be something that can buy me a new PC.

Yeah! I'm upgrading soon. And it's a pretty big thing for me. The last time I was able to buy a $1.5k worth PC was...never. My own rig is from 2012 rig...

Alright!

The only thing I did not manage to finish - is the very last stage of repeatable threesome event-set. But there's enough of E+M action right now.

Status report about the upcoming update

I have finished ~40% of E+M events. Not much, but!

I also did the whole pre-release work: sound, text-decorations, and such. As well as tested all already-added content. As you can see, even the newest main-menu movie is done.

At this point, the thing is in the "ready to fire" state, but I'm not going to release it just yet. As I planned before, I'm going to try and finish everything I want regarding Maya's harem r...

Managed to finish several scenes with Maya's slut route.

Doing only 1 event felt very lazy , so I did 2 and then some animations in the club. At least now it doesn't feel like almost nothing, there is some fukk.

When I get to do the whole university thing, I think I'll change the progression a little bit. Her...errhh...descent might feel too quick. It's more of a plug for how empty the club feels right now.

Hope I can do something decent...

A little story about the big butt-hurt

Short version:

I'm finished with animating the Club. Moving to doing Esther+Maya events.

Long version:

"Finished" is a big word here.

First I've encountered several technical issues: with lighting and with accessory slots. The engine I'm working with is coming from Japan, and I don't know Japanese...It took me a few days to monkey around myself, then ask on the nets, then I came back with nothing.
