SummerSlam was the most medium PLE ever. Anything that was good, was also bad.
For example, Iyo Sky is now a champion, but she had to pin Bianca to do it, who had to end yet another lackluster Asuka title reign to even be in a position to GET pinned. There was a lot of that kind of stuff.

Thursday, a report that Becky Lynch was in town for Summerslam was published, which Becky Lynch pretty clearly debunked by posting that she was actually at home in California. However, a lot of people didn't seem to get the joke, and still thought she was working or something of the sort. We've confirmed that Lynch is not in Detroit and is not planned to make the trip in.

After The Elite's contract signing announcements were revealed by AEW Wednesday, Evil Uno took to Twitter to say "Dark Order also re-signed. Where’s our press release?"
Some thought that this was a joke, but we've learned it isn't. Dark Order were recently re-signed to three-year contracts, and will be with All Elite Wrestling into 2026. The group has been a fixture in AEW since 2019.
