Changes to posting NSFW here on Patreon

So in case if you didn't hear about this already, Gumroad is banning NSFW content. While this doesn't affect me since I don't use Gumroad, it's also just the latest in a series of attacks against NSFW creators.

So rather than sit around and wait for Patreon to perhaps do the inevitable, I'm going to be a bit proactive what I'm planning to do here: hosting more of my NSFW content off of Patreon.

Personal situation

This is coming on real short notice so I apologize for that.

Yesterday, I alerted Big Supporters about a rather routine delay yesterday regarding the upcoming project (a remake of #9). It was just your typical me being creatively blocked sort of situation, pretty normal and of course they would be receiving the finished project in December even if they were no longer a patron of mine. That's not the issue.

This was a commission. Oh yes I'm still doing commissions, though I tend to reserve them for friends or people I can otherwise trust to trust me with the creative process (like previous commissioners), so it's not something I'm quite comfortable with opening back up to the public just yet.

july's juncture

Twitter is continuing to burn spectacularly. I find that it's increasingly becoming useless as a platform for disseminating my creations. It's just too unstable and full of algorithms being used against you. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be many viable alternatives either. I've tried various other platforms throughout the years like Pillowfort and itaku but they're pretty much niche platforms. That's a nice way of putting it.
