I wanted to start off today by talking about good things. My beautiful friend Shelby you may know her as Chocolate Yoga, sent me a bottle of this cramp bark to help with the pain. She went to school in Iowa for Ayurvedic medicine. It’s incredible! If you still have a uterus, if you love somebody who has a uterus, and they’re experiencing pain around menstruation or endometriosis, this has been a wonderful addition when I don’t feel like taking heavier drugs it helps a lot.

Buffalo and an Update

Due to unforeseen health issues that require me to stay on bedrest until my surgery, we unfortunately will have to postpone the burlesque show we produced in coordination with Hot Tawdry and Buffalo Eye Candy Vixens in Buffalo, NY.

Aguacate, home, and abundance

She and her sister have been living out of a motel since June. She has been given very little assistance by the government agencies that should help in a situation like this.She is in desperate need of some help. Today there was thunder

So Azrael is very shook.

I notice that a nice warm snuggly blanket calmed her nerves. But hugs are the best. She be loves hugs when the island storms roll through.

A beautiful day!

Jeremy and I ran errands this morning followed by a massage. Yes!!! Winning!

I spent the rest of the afternoon and evening crystaling my costume for Riot Fest. Just a little bit to go and I’m ready to shoot with it tomorrow.

Cute side note… We bought this PR flag at art walk 4 years ago when we moved to the island. It still hangs from my rear view.

We were all set to fly out of Chicago on the 22nd, got to the airport, flawless process of checking in and going through TSA, everything was perfect. I thought I would share these beautiful photos of my girls. My friends Mark and Tiffany sent these pictures earlier today. I always love watching how much fun the dogs have while we’re away. I feel so much guilt leaving them behind whenever I leave. This helps ease my mind when I see them smiling and enjoying life while we are away.
