Missing my crew

Now that I’m back home I’m missing my road crew.

It was a beautiful and eye opening trip.

Little Memphis🖤

Oh man… I made this painting when Memphis was about two or three years old. I remember Mike buying some beautiful antique flocked wallpaper and he gave me one roll of it and with that roll, I backed this painting. That was so many years ago now, Memphis is 21 now! Oh my god that was almost 20 years ago!

Anyhow, the painting is nothing special in terms of talent, just my sentiment and my love for my daughter, it’s certainly not educated art but it’s still one of my favorites.

Road dog diaries travel day

From NOLA to ATL airport then on to Moline for work. We wrapped up in NOLA late last night, getting to bed around midnight and waking 3 hours later (with time change) to make an early flight. Minimal sleep last night plus a foot injury has left me operating with a cane for the last few days but I’m still in good spirits. I’m excited to see my folks, friends and tribe.

My Grand Doggers

Wednesday I get to go see my kids Miles and Memphis, their partners, my nieces their partners and 2 of my grand doggers!

Red!!!!!

I was so excited to receive this red boa from the company that I ordered it from but the color was way off. It did not match my costume at all, I was so bummed out! After spending $700 on an ostrich feather boa, you really want it to match so I reached out to my friend Gabriela who is a genius with costuming out here in Puerto Rico and she took it home and dyed it to match my cape perfectly!
