What a day!!! While I’ve enjoyed staying at the haunted Belvoir Winery in the past with my family and paranormal expert and friend Amy Bruni this trip was also very special. This trip was with my pickers road family💗 we left with soooooo much!!!!!

This week I had the rare and incredible opportunity to pick the entire museum estate of Sally Rand, (from Amber DiGiovani, Sally Rand Historian and fan dancer) world famous fan dancer who performed in the 1933 Chicago’s worlds fair! The only way to tell the difference is to see if it’s shiny on the inside. Mollusk tubes are shiny on the inside and serpulidae are dull on the inside. Both species are native to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. But this little tube is a mollusk tube as it is shiny on the inside✨🏖✨

Respecting your creative space

Yesterday was the first time in months and months that I have been able to take time for lyra. Anybody who performs aerial arts knows the pain associated with getting back into practice. Boy am I feeling it! Learning Ariel is only a small part of the process. There’s a lot of mental and physical preparation that goes into it before hand.
