Sometimes you just have to eat pizza in a bikini on your front porch for breakfast.
So many of you have reached out asking for floor work drills. Here is a little short floor routine to work on. Start with the stretches to help you achieve these positions then go on to the short tutorial, practice it with me a few times in the video then be sure to do these exact movements on the opposite side to balance your muscles. I’ll turn on the radio, whatever song is playing, that’s what I strip to. It’s wonderful practice for teasing the crowd. It really forces you to get creative with one garment. Nashville Stripping History was epic and so was the back pain. I had been traveling entirely too much and not taking care of my body.
