Didn't even know hyperfocus was a thing, though I have definately dealt with it before. I think my medication makes it worse, but fortunately it is still rare.

Seemed to really help a week or two after taking it, but then made things worse as the dosage stabilized at a higher level. I felt so disconnected from everything, and it took me a while to even process that fact.
