This art is a clear homage to the "King of Fighters" franchise, which I started playing specifically with the 96th edition in the arcades. The dragon technique taught by the warrior of Severnnie - Vodka Nimue. It is one of the favorite manifestations of her manipulation of matter often used in magical wars.
Note - its inspiration comes from a slight parallel with the technique used by Shiryu, the dragon knight in Saint Seiya.
