So, as you're my patrons, you get a slightly more personal, self-indulgent, load of waffle from me than I tend to post on Digitiser. So, here we go.

LITERARY EX-LAX

So, at the minute... I'm in possibly the busiest time of my yearly work cycle. The way it tends to shape out for me is that work starts winding down over the summer, the autumn months are the quietest, there are rumblings of work picking up in December, it kicks off in Jan, and then it's flat out from about Feb to June. 

I'm lucky in that - for now at least - I have a relatively predictable schedule (it's a consequence of working in kids tv, due to the fact that most kids' shows are filme...

DIGITISER: THE SHOW - IT'S HAPPENING

Hey-yo!

By now you might've seen the promo image I've put together for Digitiser: The Show. Here it is, look:

That's a working title. Somebody suggested The Digitiser Show, and somebody else suggested Digitiser-X. But we'll see. It's a way off yet. As the image suggests, we're aiming for a late-February Kickstarter campaign. That gives us a few more weeks to try and get the Found Footage rewards...

Digitiser TV is moving forwards...

So, I thought I'd tell you a little more about where we're at with the proposed Digitiser YouTube show, as plans are moving forwards.

The aim is to make something that's rather more accessible than Found Footage - but still imbued with the spirit of Digitiser. NOTES ON NOTES

One of the toughest things about writing for a living is receiving script or story notes. Ask any writer. 

I delivered a draft of something yesterday, and received an email back assuring me that the producer would turn the notes around quickly. I felt a familiar sinking feeling in the darkest crannies of my gut. I was planning to take today off - I'm at least a week away from notes on my OTHER project right now, so I'd hoped to be able to relax a bit. That's gone out of the window. I find...

Hello! It's been a while since I addressed you all directly on here. Sorry about that; feedback seemed to suggest that you were all happy to be supporting Digi2000, wanted that to be my focus, and didn't much worry about perks.
