A commission for one of my Patrons, Marinus18. It's an illustration of an alternative ending to "Lulu throws a tantrum and runs away" arc, where Lulu gets disciplined by Thistle.
Honestly, I was very reluctant to draw and post this commission. First, I don't endorse this form of punishment, especially for traumatised kids like Lullaby; second I am worried that some people may misunderstand its context. Third this is not something canon Thistledown would want to do.

I finally googled it to find out why everyone is so meh about this panel ^^' This is not about watersports, I'm sorry for this misunderstanding. It's about Thistle earning her bathroom break and how it influences her later decisions - with the possibility of something a bit humiliating if this is where comments would lead (and they did not). So please rest assured we are not going "there" ^^'

So we're back to this scene, re-written and updated! I hope this scene feels more believable whilst it still shows Lulu's insecurity and guilt.
Rusty sitting heavily in Panel 3 was added to show early on why exactly he needs to talk her into following him instead of using force.

Sorry for the small delay!
I've decided to post three L&R pages in row after all, since the focus was on the rest characters for a long time.
As mentioned before, this page is partly recycled old Page 147, with some new and some redrawn panels.

Dear Patrons,
Based on your feedback I have decided to change a little bit how Lulu & Rusty plot begins.
Old Page 147 has been cancelled and this new page is added instead. Parts of the old Page 147 will be recycled as Page 149.
I hope that this page shows how Lulu is slowly losing her will to fight and thus explains a little better what happens next.
