Ahhh, it's done! You know what, this might actually my favourite of the bunch. I just really enjoyed the storytelling aspect and the colour scheme. Which one do you like best so far?

In my previous post I talked about a site that is stealing (paid) content from creators and publishes it openly. Fuck them, I'm still so angry and disgusted.
It's not even so much about my content being stolen. I use Patreon to share things that aren't meant for a larger audience. Not just rewards, but thoughts and feelings. So I suddenly feel violated and unsafe.

Patreon decided to NOT roll out the changes to the fee structure, as they had planned.
I think they deserve credit for it. Sure, it was a bad move to begin with, but they did listen to what the users wanted and they reacted accordingly.

I'm always so exhausted right after finishing these that I'm not sure what to write. :'D
I did end up changing a few colours here and there. But overall, I stuck to the colour scheme I had planned at the beginning. I'll be putting together the .PSD file and step by step images to share with you at the beginning of December. And the YouTube process videos will be up soon!

Yeah! I got more done today than I expected. So here's what I have so far. :D
I wanted to keep the colour scheme warm for the most part. But I'm going to contrast it with some mint/teal highlights in the background later on. Or maybe I'll go into a different direction. The colour scheme can change dramatically throughout my process. I usually just go with my gut as I shift things around.
Next step: shadows!

So far, I have avoided the colour blue since the wands suit is associated with fire. But what fun is art if I can't use my favourite colour? So I thought "Screw it!" and picked this colour scheme. The autumn colours I had planned really didn't set the right mood.
