So...forests are complex, and I'm not the type to throw down a few trees and call it a forest (although that would have made things MUCH easier). Yet here we are: not all the way through Level 5, with almost 1.5 GB of image files in this post alone (apologies in advance for all the attachments, more on that later), but with a solid looking forest for Wyllow to greet (or kill) your players in.
The release includes map C and D - with the final southern section (Map E) coming next we...

I'll keep this really short as there aren't any custom assets for the north end of this map - zip file includes the Dungeondraft files for both Maps A and B. It does use the DOTMM asset pack - but you can grab that from the previous release if needed.

Here we are, mapping a dungeon, creating forests. This release was initially meant to include map C with the tower, but I just got back from my trip midweek and had a few things to attend to before I could dive into mapping so I've bumped it to release 2 for Level 5 - I am running a few days late from my normal releases already. This release has the no...

Our collection of petrified creatures grows by 1 - with the addition of Bulba-Slopp, the former kuo-toa god (which is actually just a petrified otyugh. The other new asset for this map was a Kuo-ta corpse, as well as some re-used fishing nets from an earlier pack.
The zip file contains these assets, the new DOTMM Assset pack, and Dungeondraft map files for all 3 maps (Map C, D, and the underwater Grotto map).

I've really enjoyed the Twisted Caverns level - the patches of underdark fungi and poisoned waters have been a nice departure from dirt, grime, and rubble.
Map Notes. For area 13 I didn't directly map the gnome druids hovel (with a 15DC it's fairly well hidden), just pick any brown patch of bat guano to conceal it's location.
For area 16 (b) you will find a completely separate "Grotto" map wh...

I have a confession to make - this map was sitting at about 75% completion for at least 6 months - I rushed out a quick version that I needed for one of my games and then it's been gathering digital dust in my map folders ever since. It is interesting to go back and see how my methods of putting a map together have changed in the past year - and this map was a perfect opportunity to do that.
Bringing it the rest of the way to completion took some unique problem solving due ...

Today marks the 1 year anniversary of becoming a Patreon Creator for my D&D maps! One year ago I released The Yawning Portal to kick off my first published adventure and began mapping my way through Waterdeep Dragon Heist. It has been an incredible journey and I am continuously blown away by the support from the D&D community for my maps.
Thank you - it is hard to put into words ho...

Any day that you get to create giant fungi shaped like a tongue is a good day! These assets expand our underdark Fungi library from earlier maps, adding Timmask, Tongue of Madness, and Zurkhwood to the collection. There is also an assortment of other zurkhwood assets (planks, downed trunks, a chest) to fill out the idea that a lot of things down here use the woody fungus.
As with all my Cartographer files, the zipped folder below includes the Dungeondraft asset pack, the DD ...

A quick bit of housekeeping up front:
I'm going to be away and have limited access to Patreon/Discord over the next 2 weeks - so if it takes me a little longer to respond or get back to concerns, my apologies. The good news is there will still be new maps released over the coming weeks!
My past few weeks have been busy trying to prep content for the next couple weeks so we can continue our descent in the undermountain while I'm away. U...

Well, the title of this post is a lie (but I prefer the consistency in naming of posts)... there were not any new assets required for this map. That means the zip file is a little light this time around, with just the Dungeondraft map files included. It does use the DOTMM_Assets pack, but that is available in the other posts for DOTMM.

Well, you finally get to see the walkways from the last asset pack in all their glory. A few new assets in addition to those from last week - some roof damage to go on the lower level roofs to add to the state of disrepair in Skullport. This includes a few re-used ones from my WDH series as well as some new ones.

Out of the dredge and up to The Venter Level of Skullport.
This map was a lot of fun to put together with the crisscrossing walkways on the second level. It was challenging to figure out how I was going to map this within the limitations of Dungeondraft, which I love doing.
Up front - one big discrepancy from the book to note. I cut off the walkways and a building at the south end of the west map, above where the bridge to Skull Island goes. When...

When I was initially laying this out I quickly realized I needed a wider boardwalk path than the standard one in dungeondraft...I also wanted it to be a bit darker and less cheerful. So I made a new one...which doesn't actually appear in the Lower Level map at all....so here is a sneak peak of what is coming on the middle level of Skullport! These assets will be getting heavy use on the second and third levels.
Other assets include some colour-matched pillars and wood planks...

Very light on assets this time - just 1 wooden figurehead (from a ship) that is sitting in the River Coven caves. As always the zip contains the DD map files should you wish to edit the maps.
Just a reminder if using Dungeondraft - you can download the newest Tych - DOTMM.dungeondraft_pack file and swap it out for any older packs - everything should still work, both forward and backwards compatible.
