Back in 2017 when Flesh and Blood Alpha was being designed, originally Hero cards were to be marked as "Hero - XXXX" then the class of the hero.
Last minute before Alpha WTR was finalized James White made the decision to change the format where all heros would be written with the Class of Hero first.
The only cards in FaB history to make it to the Printer with the original formatting was the Original Ira Welcome back and the Meme of Rudy hoarding all the PSA 10's.

Within this small box, the 4 art cards pay tribute to the "gems" of Flesh and Blood.
Attached above is a picture of the 3 Fabled Gems included.
The 4th art card is preview art of the next Fabled Gem.
