My lunch got me thinking about food presentation. In recent years I've found a lot of joy in making my meals presentable. Here's why:
1. It makes me infuse some love and care into the preparation of my meal instead of just mindlessly throwing something together.

Been feeling myself get a little caught up in the million little things pulling me in all directions lately, so I'm trying to be more mindful again. To stop, feel what I'm feeling, see what I'm thinking, and let it go. I'm realizing more and more that my experience of life is solely based on what I focus on, and if I focus on stress or worry or negative things, that's what life will feel like.
